Lisa Marie Macci is a licensed attorney in four jurisdictions: Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Washington DC. Lisa is also a member of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She has been practicing law since 1988. Lisa is a graduate of Pepperdine University School of Law (Malibu, California) where she was privileged to have studied with the late Chief Justice William Rehnquist.  She also attended Penn State University where she received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. Prior to entering private practice, Lisa worked as outside counsel to the Trump Organization handling legal issues relating to its Atlantic City casinos, hotels, and the Trump Princess yacht. Lisa also worked as a Municipal Court Prosecutor, and as in-house corporate counsel to Tropicana Casino in Atlantic City. Currently, Ms. Macci's practice includes family, civil, and constitutional law, litigation and appeals.

Lisa currently handles cases throughout the East Coast and Central Florida along with Appeals throughout the State of Florida. She is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. Lisa will attempt to settle matters whenever possible to conserve family resources and reduce family tensions through mediation or collaborative divorce. Lisa worked in the family court during college as the case intake interviewer handling matters of child support, alimony enforcement and domestic violence.

Lisa has served on numerous arbitration panels including for FINRA and the Florida Lemon Law program. She has served as a Special Magistrate and Hearing Officer for various governmental entities in the areas of Contractor Licensing, Environmental Protection, Code Enforcement, Value Adjustment Board and Child Care Licensing and Enforcement. Lisa has also presented a number of legal seminars to other attorneys in the areas of Family Law and Real Estate and has also won precedent setting appellate decisions in the Third and Fourth District Courts of Appeal. She has served on the editorial board of the Florida Bar Journal and on the editorial board of several family law publications. Lisa has received Florida Bar Certified Arbitration Training - through the Florida Dispute Resolution Center, Grievance Mediation Training, and Family Mediation Training. She is a member of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association, the National Italian American Bar Association, and the Federalist Society.

In addition to the foregoing, Lisa has written articles and has spoken to numerous groups on family law and family court reform.
